Kindly read all Refunds Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order:

* We do not have a bargain policy, we are already charging minimal prices, so please don’t ask for more discounts.

What to do before unboxing the parcel?

Customers are advised to make videos while unwrapping or unboxing the parcel. This video will be used as proof that customers received damaged products. If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed, then the customer will not be entitled to the refund/replacement.

* Parcel will be held only for one to two days(on 100% advance payment). No changes or cancellations will be accepted later. In case of cancellation or change in order, 10% amount + delivery charges will be deducted from the advance payment.

What are our standard delivery charges if the item is not having a Shipping Free Offer?

Our standard delivery charges are min (US$2) PKR300.00 now (for fragile items). However, these may increase in case of more weight/volume/distance of your order. Also, please note that we use bubble wraps, poly wraps, cardboard, thermopile sheet, boxes, etc to ensure safe packing. It costs us around (US$1-2) PKR100.00-250.00 per small to medium parcel. Moreover, maximum attention is paid to ensuring proper packing before dispatching. No courier company guarantees 100% safety of the products during the delivery process. In case something gets damaged (very rare) you will be offered discount vouchers that can be used while placing the next order ( only if you have an unboxing video).

For items on hold, prices will remain as per on booking day, no promotion/sale price will be applicable on these parcels.
We try our best to provide you with hassle-free and best service. Your cooperation is always welcomed.

The voucher discount code can only be applied once. The remaining money will not be refunded or used for the next purchase.

Return Instructions:

All return-eligible items, sold by, have at least one free return option. You can return the item for any reason for up to 15 days after purchase.

All return-eligible items are 100% free returns.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 15 days of delivery. Learn more about Return Policy, offers free returns on most items sold. Look for “Free Returns” next to the price to confirm that the item qualifies for free returns.

Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.


Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry are neither exchangeable nor non-returnable.
Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

Please note that some items marked as non-refundable on the product page are non-refundable.

Replacement and exchange:

You can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange it for a different size or color or for an item in your cart.

Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions, and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on may be returned.

How to Return according to our Refunds Terms & Conditions.

1. Print It: Print the label from your email.
2. Pack It: Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
3. Ship It: Handover to a courier service as per full instructions is included in the return label email.


Note: The product must be returned in original and without damage to the manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in AbhiLen packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not apply tapes or stickers directly to the manufacturer’s packaging/box.

If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.

If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

If your refund request is rejected, this item will be returned to you within 3-7 working days. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the item will be sent in scrap and no refund will be given.
